Hyatt Regency Rochester Room & Reservation Details

HOTEL RESERVATIONS FOR THE GATHERING OPEN THURSDAY, APRIL 15, 2010 — 9 AM EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME ROOM RATES

Rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes and will be available from July 24, 2010 to August 4, 2010, based on room availability. A limited number of portable rollaway beds are available and only permitted in rooms with King beds, per Fire Code.

Reservations MUST be made under the room block for the International Society of Glass Beadmakers in order to obtain the group rate and to be applied to the conference room guarantee. Remember to mention ISGB when making your reservations. This is extremely important to ISGB and to the rate you will receive.

Cut-Off Date for Hotel Reservations at the Gathering Rate is Sunday, July 4, 2010. Reservations made after this date will be offered on an as available basis and at the Hyatt Regency Rochester’s prevailing rate.

All reservations must be secured with a one night deposit or credit card. If reservations are canceled within 48 hours of your arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to a one night stay plus tax will be charged to your credit card. For an early departure from the hotel, a one night stay plus tax will be assessed. Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 12 NOON.

ISGB has contracted for a number of double rooms for the Gathering and we hope that the room type you request will be available to you, however, hotels are only required to provide you with a room and not a specific room type. Any request for a specific type of room is considered based on availability and is only a request.
