Kris Schaible has been melting glass since 2004. Growing up in Central Pennsylvania, Kris was taught the love of all art forms by her father and grandmother at an early age. Kris is mostly self-taught, but has also studied with some very well respected lampwork artists, as she sets a path to achieve her own personal style. Kris has written several tutorials, had her work published in books and magazines, and travels to teach 1, 2 and 3 day classes. The tool side of Kris’s business is Noodlesaurus.com, where she and husband John produce a line of tools.
On this webpage you will find a number of glass resources from our region. First there are the official ISGB chapters and other unofficial groups. If you have information you would like to share on this page or in the monthly regional email, please send it to me at the email address above. If you have an article you would like to write for the new version of the Bead Release, please email me.
